Dr. Manasa Samuel’s practice is focused on facial aesthetics and injectables, and spans the wider field of aesthetic medicine, from skin quality to hair. Her work is defined by the clinical judgement she brings to each face: a thorough assessment first, then the intervention that face genuinely requires, whether a single precise treatment or a comprehensive, staged plan.
She believes good aesthetic medicine is not defined by how much or how little is done, but by understanding what is required and doing it well.
Clinical approach
Every treatment decision begins with understanding the face as a whole: its structure and proportions, the quality of the skin, and how it moves and changes with age. From that assessment, Dr. Manasa determines what is actually driving a concern and what will address it properly.
Sometimes that is one well-placed treatment. Sometimes it is a comprehensive plan that combines injectables, skin treatments and energy-based technology over time. In every case, the aim is a natural-looking result that suits the person, with treatment kept proportionate to what is actually needed.
Areas of clinical focus
- Facial aesthetics and facial ageing. How bone, fat, muscle and skin change together, and how that determines the sequence and combination of treatment.
- Injectables. Neuromodulators and fillers used to restore structure, balance and proportion, for results that look natural and in keeping with the face.
- Skin quality. Pigmentation, acne, scarring and texture, with particular attention to Indian skin, which responds differently to lasers and peels.
- Combination treatment. Integrating injectables, energy-based devices and regenerative approaches into one plan when that serves the patient better than any single treatment.
- Hair restoration. Medical assessment of hair loss and the restoration options that follow from it.

Dr. Manasa is internationally qualified, with experience consulting across India and overseas.

Building MASA
Dr. Manasa’s interest in skin, hair and facial aesthetics began long before her professional career, and it has always reached beyond the treatment room: into products, technology, new developments and the direction of the industry itself.
Directly after college, she began working alongside an experienced mentor, turning that interest into practical clinical experience. She has continued to build on it through further education, clinical exposure and close attention to how the field is developing.
Establishing her own practice had been an ambition since her student years. Once she had the experience and the confidence to do it properly, she founded MASA Aesthetics on Queens Road, Bengaluru, in 2025.
MASA brings together the parts of aesthetic medicine she cares most about, from facial aesthetics and skin to hair and dental care, in one doctor-led practice. Her aim was a clinic that introduces patients to what modern aesthetic medicine makes possible, with proper professional guidance at every step: welcoming and approachable rather than intimidating, and held to strong clinical standards. As founder, she leads MASA’s clinical direction and the development of the practice as it grows.
